Not sure where to start?

If your main struggle is focus, overwhelm, or getting things done

You may be dealing with executive functioning difficulties. This often shows up as procrastination, disorganisation, mental overload, poor follow-through, time-blindness, or difficulty getting started even when something matters.

  • You know what you need to do, but still do not do it
  • You feel mentally cluttered or overloaded
  • You start things and struggle to finish them
  • You lose focus, drift, or get stuck in avoidance

If your main struggle is speaking up, saying no, or setting boundaries

You may need more support with assertiveness. This often shows up as people-pleasing, difficulty expressing needs, guilt around boundaries, fear of conflict, or leaving conversations wishing you had said something different.

  • You feel frustrated with yourself afterwards

If your main struggle is doubt, overthinking, or indecision

You may be caught in a pattern of self-questioning. This often shows up as second-guessing, replaying conversations, fear of getting things wrong, difficulty making decisions, or needing too much certainty before acting.

  • You delay action waiting to feel certain
  • You replay decisions long after they are made
